RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our handcrafted candles, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless candles and goods are damaged upon delivery. Please carefully review your orders before final purchase as we cannot provide refunds due to scent preference changes.

Our candles are handcrafted and at times, custom made, and as a result can lead to slight variations in each individual candle.

In the event that your candle or products arrive damaged due to transport, please contact us directly as we may require additional information to accommodate your needs on a one-on-one basis.
