Yes. We take great care in crafting our candles with quality materials and practices. That being said, no candle should be left burning unattended or for too long as you run the risk of fire, broken glass, etc.

Many of our candles are inspired by books we’ve read, characters from stories, memories, and dark vibes. We love the beauty the darkness brings and try to express that through uniquely blended fragrances.

We use high quality soy wax in our container candles unless otherwise specified.

We currently make and sell handcrafted scented candles but will be adding more candle products and merchandise in the near future. Keep an eye out!

Trimming your wicks is for optimal and even burning of your candle as well as for safety. When wicks are left too long, it can create an uneven burn, hollowing of the candle, and can emit excess soot. Always trim your wicks to about ¼”.

We usually ship within 2-4 business days and the rest is up to the delivery gods. Tracking information will be sent as soon as we have shipped your package.

To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
